30-Day Returns
We want you to love your NeckSnax piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging, certificates, and accessories
- Free return shipping for US orders; international return shipping is at customer’s expense
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Custom-made or resized items are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@necksnax.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all certificates.
- Ship using the provided label (US) or your preferred carrier (international).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
